Solve.
  1. A number increased by twelve equals nineteen. What is this number?
  2. Thirteen more than a number is seventeen. Find the value of this number.
  3. Four less than thrice a certain number is twenty two more than a number. Find this number.
  4. If eight is deducted from five times a number the result is nineteen more than twice this number. What is this number?
  5. Four times the sum of a number and six subtracted by two is fifty more than this number. Find the value of this number.
  6. The sum of two numbers is thirty five. Find these numbers if the larger number is eight more than twice the smaller.
  7. Two numbers add up to eighty four. If nine more than thrice the smaller number is seven less than the larger, find these numbers.
  8. Four times a number more than sixteen is twenty one less than another number. Find these numbers if their sum is eighty two.
  9. Seven times the smaller of two numbers is eleven less than four times the larger number. Find these numbers if they sum up to 44.
  10. Twice the smaller of two numbers exceeds the larger by 7. If their sum is 62, what is the smaller number?
